Adam King - The Hostage
Adam King is the Lighting Designer on Mountview’s production of The Hostage, which will run at Jacksons Lane from 28th February – 3rd March 2018.
A British soldier is held captive in a Dublin brothel while an IRA member waits to hang in a Belfast jail. The Hostage is performed by Mountview’s actor-musicians. An absurd mix of tragedy and comedy, prose and music, The Hostage recalls the tensions of the IRA’s Border Campaign in the late 1950s.
