Simon Wilkinson - Ragnarӧk
Simon Wilkinson is working with Tortoise In A Nutshell on their new production, ‘Ragnarӧk’.
Drawing inspiration from the Nordic myth cycle of the same name, Ragnarök will be created in October/November 2019, before touring throughout 2020, with the possibility of further presentation in the coming years. The piece will be created as a co-production with Norway’s Nordlands Visual Theatre, and as such, will be shaped over a seven week residency at their base in the village of Stamsund, Norway. It will be a fusion of forms, blending human performance, multi-scale puppetry, live feed animation and a live scored soundtrack.
