Gails grew up in the North, where she enjoyed performing from a young age, completing exams in Ballet, Tap and Gymnastic across a decade. Gails received a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts (Distinction) at college and then furthered her education at the University of Lincoln, graduating with a BA Hons (2.1) in Drama in 2009. After working for the University’s Press and Producing Team for their Edinburgh Fringe programme, she went on to independently produce a successful Edinburgh show which then embarked on a UK Tour. Gails’ passion was always to work as an Agent, so she took the plunge and headed down south to London. After interning at Bloomfields and working as a Junior Agent at 40 Partners, she eventually joined BBA in 2016, where she is currently a Senior Agent specialising in TV & Film.
