Jessica trained at ArtsEd on the BA (hons) Musical Theatre course. Her professional performing career took her across the world and she was lucky to work in a wide variety of genres. Following her retirement from the stage, Jess worked as an assistant for Leon Kay Casting in London and New York and started her agenting career at Noel Gay in 2018.

Jess is delighted to be part of the BBA family, working with a fabulous team in the office and growing the careers of the brilliant clients.
