Chris Poon

Musical Director

Chris is a Musical Director, who graduated with First Class honours in English Literature from the University of Warwick, before training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Chris is currently Musical Director on the World Premiere of Burlesque the Musical and Musical Director and Conductor of Your Lie in April (Harold Pinter Theatre).

Since graduating in the fall of 2018, Chris has gone to work with groups such the Old Vic, National Youth Music Theatre, and the Goodspeed Festival.

His projects also range from new musical theatre productions to revivals, concerts to YouTube web series starring drag queens.

Chris has also taught at Guildford School Of Acting and Italia Conti Academy Of Theatre Arts.
