Emily's work as a movement director stems from her training with Jaques Lecoq in Paris and from her extensive experience in making theatre for the last 20 years.
As an assistant and associate movement director her work includes the National Theatre's 'WarHorse'; The London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony with Toby Sedgewick and Danny Boyle and '39 Steps' in the West End.
She has worked as a performance director on Somnai, dotdotdot’s massive launch show combining live performance and virtual reality and other technologies.
She has also worked at the RSC as the movement director for Melly Still's 2016 production of 'Cymbeline' and has recently worked on some screen projects including movement direction for ITV's 'The Frankenstein Chronicles'.
She has also directed large-scale live projects for commercial clients including Google, IBM and GlaxoSmithKlein.
