Movement Director

Emily Mytton is a Movement Director, writer and Associate Director. Her credits as a Movement Director include Cymbeline (RSC) and several screen projects such as NBC Universal’s Brave New World and ITV's The Frankenstein Chronicles. Emily was Performance Director for Somnai, dotdotdot’s massive launch show which combined live performance with virtual reality and other technologies. Emily was Writer and Associate Director for The Third Day: Autumn, a 12 hour live film produced by Sky and HBO in partnership with Plan B Entertainment, Punchdrun. The film was awarded the RTS Award for best Live Event in 2021 and the DQ Daily award for Drama Craft at the C21 International Drama awards 2020. It was nominated for a BAFTA in 2021. Her credits as an Assistant and Associate Movement Director include War Horse (National Theatre), The Olympic Opening Ceremony (London 2012), The 39 Steps (West End) and As You Like It (The National Theatre's Public Acts).
