Leon Kay is a dynamic casting director with international reach. With a keen eye for talent, Leon searches high and low for the right people to bring a production to life. Specialising in stage work, he started his casting career working alongside Pippa Ailion. Leon trained as an actor at The Arts Educational Schools London, gaining a First Class BA (hons) in Musical Theatre. A successful and varied career as a performer saw him in the West End several times including High Society (Old Vic), Les Misérables (Queens Theatre) and Scrooge! (London Palladium), touring the UK in numerous productions including Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Billy Elliot. In 2019, Leon worked as the poker consultant on the feature film Love Sarah (starring Celia Imrie). In 2020 he was a founding partner of Bray Productions, whose debut production, John & Jen, garnered a slew of 5* reviews, 5 OFFIE nominations and can be seen on demand on BroadwayHD.
