Sarah Day is an Actor and Dramaturg who trained at Arts Educational Schools London. Her passion for exploring character and text led her to write original scripts and produce independent films. Following the tragic murder of Sarah Everard, she felt compelled to create Vigilant to raise awareness about women’s safety. The film has screened at festivals worldwide, including the BIFA-qualifying Manchester Film Festival. Sarah has worked as a Dramaturg during the workshop process for Burlesque (Savoy Theatre). Her stage credits include Calendar Girls the Musical (UK Tour), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Iris Theatre), Singin’ in the Rain (Pitlochry Festival Theatre), The Romford Rose (Queen’s Theatre, Hornchurch), and Annie Get Your Gun (The Union Theatre). Television credits include Doctors, and her film work includes Bermondsey Tales – The Fall of the Roman Empire.
