Orchestrator and Arranger

Will Parker is an award-winning London-based Arranger, Orchestrator, Composer, Guitarist and Musical Supervisor working across theatre, film and television.

Since graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in 2023, Will has worked on a range of West End and touring productions. Most recently, he headed the music team for the UK premiere of Disney’s Freaky Friday as Musical Supervisor, Arranger and Orchestrator, collaborating directly with composer Tom Kitt, and joined the music team of Pride at the National Theatre alongside Christopher Nightingale and Tom Kelly. He is currently on the orchestration team for My Fair Lady at the Chichester Festival Theatre, opening in summer 2026. Rachel Zegler Live at the London Palladium, for which he transcribed and arranged Rachel’s original songs, won Best Concert Event at the 2026 WhatsOnStage Awards and in May 2026, Will will make his debut as arranger and orchestrator with the Orchestra of the English National Opera at the London Coliseum with Total Eclipse: Symphonic Steinman. 

Will has worked with a number of internationally renowned artists including Self Esteem (Rebecca Lucy Taylor), Alex Lacamoire and Rachel Zegler, and has served as Associate Musical Supervisor to performers including Ramin Karimloo, Ruthie Henshall, Amber Davies and Zizi Strallen.

In addition to orchestration and arranging, Will is frequently engaged as an aural transcriber and copyist. He transcribed Self Esteem’s album A Complicated Woman on behalf of Universal Music Group for its West End run at the Duke of York’s Theatre and subsequent performance at Glastonbury Festival (2025). He has also recently collaborated closely with composers Nick Butcher and Christopher Nightingale on various projects.
